Honeywell CELL-ANTSMA Product Description:
The Honeywell CELL-ANTSMA is an indoor/outdoor, fixed length, cellular antenna compatible with VISTA-Series and LYNX-Series cellular LTE radios. The CELL-ANTSMA uses an internal multi band cellular antenna. If adequate cellular signal strength cannot be achieved over the LTE, 3G/4G or CDMA network, please use this durable CELL-ANTSMA multiband antenna. In most cases, this antenna will provide sufficient quality of signal (QOS) for a successful installation.
The CELL-ANTSMA antenna should be used in installations where moving the antenna to a higher point will provide a better quality of signal. For the best QOS, maintain at least 12 inches of clearance between the communication module and steel I-beams, HVAC ducts, metal studs, steel roofs, exterior walls with metalized insulation or aluminum siding and other large metal objects. Keep in mind, a good mounting location will be achieved when the signal strength LED (green) lights steady to indicate satisfactory signal strength.
