Please note, the Water Management add-on must also be first enabled. Monitor and prevent water damage via the web. Check valve and water sensor status, remotely open and close valves, and receive alerts when water is detected by a sensor.
With Alarm.com Water Management Plus more features are enabled for advanced water flow devices. Receive alerts and actuate water valves if a leak is detected. And, receive water consumption reports from water meters.
The water management service can be added to any Alarm.com interactive monitoring plan that does not include automation (e.g. Residential Bronze Level and Commercial Silver Level). This feature comes included in any Alarm.com monitoring plan that includes automation (e.g. Residential Silver Level, Residential Gold Level, and Commercial Gold Level). The Alarm.com Water Management Plus capabilities are an add-on service to the Alarm.com traditional water management plan.
