Honeywell SiXGB Product Description:
The Honeywell Home SiXGB is a wireless glassbreak detector with mounting hardware that is intended for use with the ProSeries or Lyric Controller that supports SiX-Series wireless devices. In a matter of minutes, the SiXGB can be programmed and enrolled into the Lyric Controller (LCP500-L), Lyric Controller (LCP500-LC), ProSeries (PROA7PLUS) or ProSeries Canada (PROA7PLUSCN) all-in-one wireless touchscreen control panel. The SiXGB listens for the sound of broken glass. If the sound is heard and the SiX-Series security system is in armed away status, this event will trigger an alarm signal. The Honeywell SiXGB can be programmed and enrolled into a SiX-Series panel in a matter of minutes. Due to its SiX-Series Sensor Lock feature, once enrolled, the SiXGB glassbreak detector cannot be used with another panel until it is removed from the current controller. Each device has a unique MAC number located on the sticker on the unit.
Boasting an impressive 300-foot transmission range, you may place your glassbreak detector in those far away extra bedrooms from the Six-Series panel. With a 25' foot detection pattern, the SiXGB is designed to protect most-sized rooms. The SiXGB has tamper protection, to prevent anyone from deliberately tampering with the enclosure. And, there is an LED indicator on the glassbreak detector for visual sensor notifications.
